    • After definitively booking your hotel room, you will receive a payment request by e-mail to pay the costs for the first night as a guarantee for your booking.
    • Should you unexpectedly have to cancel the reservation, this advance payment will be refunded in full or in part according to our cancellation conditions.
      In case of cancellation:
      •   Within 14 to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the first night will be charged.
      •   Within 7 to 3 days before arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.
      •   Within 1 or 2 days before arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged (minimum one night).
      •   In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.
      •   If you shorten your stay after check-in, the full booking amount will be charged.
