Booking conditions – Cancellation conditions:

In case of a cancellation more than 2 weeks before the arrival date, the guest can cancel free of charge, without giving any reason.
If cancelled less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay 50% of the first night to the hotel.
If cancelled less than 7 days but more than 3 days before arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the first night to the hotel.
If cancelled less than 3 days before arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay 50% of the entire stay, with a minimum of 1 overnight stay.
Changing your reservation after check-in means the guest must pay 100% of the entire stay.
In case of a no show, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of their full stay to the hotel.
Reservations with Non-Refundable rates are not able to be changed or cancelled.

Parking:

We kindly ask you to report to the reception upon arrival so that we can advise you about the parking options.
WARNING: in front of the hotel, along the street, there is 24/7 paid parking and there is strict control by a scan car!
We always advise you to pay, even for a short period of time or during check-in, via the parking meter or via the parking app.

Dogs:

In our hotel dogs are welcome at certain rooms at extra cost a €17,50 per dog per night.
On the Budget rooms, due to the limited space, dogs are not allowed in any case.
Please contact us directly to make a reservation for you dog.
Preferably via email info@hvnw.nl and stating your name and arrival date.
If your dog is not registered, we cannot guarantee his/her stay.
